Is it possible to get a mortgage with a specific immigration status/visa?
You’re eligible for a mortgage as a foreign national if:
- You’re a non-UK citizen with indefinite leave to remain or permanent residency
- You’re a non-UK resident or don’t have permanent residency in the UK
- You’re an EU citizen with Settled or Pre-Presetled status
- You’re a foreign national without any immigration status and can prove a continuous 5 years residency.
